A new car has only driven more than 3000 kilometers before experiencing clutch shaking. The car owner went back and forth multiple times to repair the car, went to the repair station three times, repaired the front and back three times, replaced multiple car clutch parts, and even replaced the clutch plate, pressure plate, flywheel, and gearbox, but the problem remained unresolved. What the hell is going on here?
The owner bought the car six months ago and doesn't use it very much. When driving over 3000 kilometers, there is a phenomenon of clutch shaking. Later, I went to the 4S dealership where I bought the car for repairs. At that time, I replaced the car with clutch parts such as the clutch plate, flywheel, and pressure plate, but the problem was not resolved. Additionally, the car was not driving well and I felt that the clutch plate was slipping. After finishing, the staff said they need to carefully inspect and ask them to go back to pick up the car the next day.
When the car owner came back later, the maintenance team said there were some issues with the original flywheel, with a rough and uneven surface. So it was replaced. But after the replacement, the old problem still appeared. The maintenance technician also doesn't know what to do.
Finally, after analysis, they believe that the reason for the clutch shaking is due to poor contact between the pressure plate, clutch plate, flywheel, and three components. At that time, the regional manager of the manufacturer was on site and proposed to replace the parts of the commercial vehicle (clutch plate, pressure plate, flywheel, gearbox) with the owner's car. The problem was finally temporarily resolved.
I thought the car had "recovered", but after the repair, it only drove 500 kilometers, and the clutch vibration problem reappeared. The car owner was extremely angry and replaced so many parts that the car was still not repaired in the end. The 4S store is really irresponsible. Returning to the 4S store, the store no longer admits that the car has been replaced with original parts such as clutch parts. Later, the car owner and the store filed a lawsuit.
Originally a small problem, it turned out to be so complicated. Is it because the technical skills of the maintenance personnel at the 4S store are not up to par, or is the store reacting improperly to customers? We don't know. We only know that such a store will have no credibility in the mall in the future.
